In 1988, Chocolada began preparing three exquisite, traditional pastries for local European delicatessens. Rooted strictly in heritage technique, our repertory expanded naturally. Today, we present over sixty distinct cake varieties, alongside fine savoury items and exceptional viennoiserie.
